Nevaeh has been off to a good start this year. She brought home her first comprehension test and she had 100% on it!! We were so proud since that was tough for her last year. She has also been doing well with math (another weak subject), only having a little trouble with word problems (understandable!). This year the kids get to chose one of two spelling lists to test on every week. I let Nevaeh do the easy list for the first week, but this week and so I told her she has to do the hard list. She is great at spelling! I can't believe how much homework she has this year compared to last year. Every night she has cursive, spelling (practice 15 words along with 2 activities a week), 10 vocabulary words and then some days math and/or reading.
I hope this year is a good year for her... We are off to a good start!
