Barrett and a snow fort

I brought Barrett to the doctor this morning since he has had a 102.8 fever the past two nights. My little man who is usually happy has been clingy and crabby! Since he has been off balance I was thinking (and hoping) it was an ear infection, and that is a pretty easy fix. ONCE again the doctor tells me it's viral. I should open my own practice... check ears and throat, if they are good, it's viral. Easy! They drew blood to check his white cell count, it was 4400 and should be around 8000. I guess that was enough proof for viral! Ibuprofin has been my best friend, and nap time!

Mike made use of the huge snow drift in our backyard. Mike took the girls out there to start digging a fort. I didn't get any pictures of them in the fort, hopefully later, but they had fun playing with dad... while I stayed warm in the house :)
